Immigration Law:

Canada is a wonderful country and a lot of people from around the world intend to settle down in Canada. With a system of law that is constantly evolving, there are many aspects of immigration law that are unknown to the people. In this constantly developing legal system, our firm stays constantly updated with the current laws and various immigration schemes. We assess prospective applicants' profiles and suggest suitable programs for permanent residence, study permit, work permit as well as other relevant programs.

Additionally, we deal in filing Judicial Review of refused applications at the Federal Court of Canada. Many people are unaware that their refusals, most types of refusals, can be appealed to the Federal Court of Canada. Our firm represents such refused applicants to the Federal Court of Canada. Refused Applications of Study Permits, Work Permits, Permanent Residence, Temporary Resident Permits as well as Refugee Claims can be appealed to the Federal Court of Canada.

Family Law:

We help clients in disturbing situations between a couple by filing divorce applications on behalf of the clients. We also deal in preparation of Separation Agreements and Child Custody issues.
